As we continue to assess the situation due to COVID-19, I wanted to assure you that we are here for you. We did make the decision to close our lobby to help with face to face contact. We continue to serve our members through our drive up during our regular hours. We are also available to answer any questions or help with any transaction by giving us a call at 641-684-6302.
We encourage members to use our online banking, mobile app, debit cards, ATM and Billpay. All of these methods can help save you time with the increased traffic at our drive up as well as keep face to face contacts to a minimum.
We understand that you may need to look at options for your loan payments or a new loan to help with expenses. Please don’t hesitate to give us a call or send an email to Carol or Krystal . We also are able to utilize our electronic signature program instead of making a trip out.
